Our core purpose is to add value, whilst enabling development of sustainable accommodation. Working with housing associations, developers, and occupiers, we development new or refurbish older buildings, typically where planning permission is required.

Actively acquiring land and property throughout Greater London, the surrounding Home Counties, and key UK growth cities, we invest our own funds together with a small number of investor partners (UK and foreign), working across a variety of industry sectors.

We leverage our deep real estate and financial expertise, access to capital, and unique approach to efficiently source and create opportunities for successful investments and profitable partnerships.

Our highly successful team has a wealth of experience in property and development, and, throughout the years, has worked alongside some of the top architects, planners, skilled engineers, and leading property specialists.
