Project Description: Planning permission secured for demolition of a 3-building business centre to provide a new high quality residential neighbourhood, with improved public realm amenity, new pedestrian and cycle routes and extensive tree planting and communal gardens. Four buildings of 9 to 42 storeys deliver 578 new homes, with over 3000 sqm of flexible use class A, B and D floorspace, with roof gardens and a large central play area.

The brownfield site provided a unique opportunity to develop a landmark scheme which could participate meaningfully in the regeneration of an important opportunity area in Ealing. The diverse building form and massing of the scheme was designed to provide a coherent sense of place and exemplary architecture, drawing activity across the site as part of a wider master-plan for the area, and creating a cluster pinnacle with a dynamic new skyline for West London.
